Mastering the masters while working, Callahan, L.B. IEEE Potentials , Volume: 20 Issue: 3 , Aug.-Sept. 2001 Page(s): 11 -13. (An article by my wife)

How to do Research At the MIT AI Lab, Once again, highly recommended but not read. Not so much about AI or MIT, but about research and graduate work in general.

Women in Academia  Not a paper but a site. A lot of general advice about being in the academia world, male or female.

JobHuntersBible. By the Richard Bolles, author or "What Color Is Your Parachute?" - The best job hunting guide on the market. Highly recommended - this REALLY works, most else does not! Also see "Networking on the Network" for good advice in this area. FORGET THE WORK ON THE RESUME AND ANSWERING JOB ADS ON THE INTERNET - READ THIS STUFF AND DO IT.
